Return Policy

We stand behind every item we sell. If something doesn't work as described, we'll make it right.

Conditions for return

• Returns are accepted only if the item does not function as described in the listing. Cosmetic wear, minor scratches, and normal signs of use on pre-owned equipment are not grounds for return.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
• Please include photos or a short video showing the problem. This helps us resolve things quickly.

Return shipping

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back in the same manner they were received (freight, parcel, etc.).
• For local pickups, the buyer is responsible for returning the item to our Las Vegas warehouse.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with no additional damage, disassembly, or missing parts.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Items purchased on eBay

Items bought through our eBay listings are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee in addition to this policy. You may initiate a return through eBay or contact us directly, whichever is easier.
