Who you're buying from
TCI Equipment Sales is the equipment-resale division of TCI Event Rentals, located at 3290 S. Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Questions about an order can go to [email protected] or 702-604-8111.
Equipment condition
- Unless a listing clearly states an item is new, all equipment is pre-owned and came out of our working Las Vegas rental fleet.
- Each listing describes the item's condition and key specifications as accurately as we can. Photos show the actual item. Cosmetic wear, minor scratches, and normal signs of use are expected on used equipment and are not defects.
- Beyond functioning as described in its listing, used equipment is sold as-is with no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Installation, electrical, plumbing, gas, and ventilation requirements are the buyer's responsibility. Confirm voltage, phase, and utility compatibility before you buy — we're happy to answer questions first.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include freight or applicable taxes.
- Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis; a listing is not reserved until paid.
- Payment is due in full before pickup or shipment. Purchases made through eBay follow eBay's checkout and payment process.
Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer once payment clears and the item is picked up or handed to the freight carrier. See our shipping & delivery page for pickup and freight details.
Returns
Returns are governed by our return policy. In short, we accept returns only when an item does not function as described in its listing.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an item is limited to the purchase price you paid for that item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
