Shipping & Delivery

We offer free local pickup in Las Vegas and nationwide freight shipping on almost everything we sell. Here's how each option works.

Local pickup (free)

• Pick up from our warehouse at 3290 S. Highland Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89109 during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8:30am–4:00pm Pacific).
• Pickup is free and is usually ready the next business day after purchase.
• We'll help load your vehicle, but you're responsible for securing the item for transport.

Freight shipping (nationwide)

• Most equipment ships by LTL freight within the contiguous United States. Smaller items may ship by parcel carrier.
• Cost: Freight is quoted per item based on size, weight, and destination. Contact us with your ZIP code for a quote before you buy, or we'll confirm the cost with you after purchase.
• Handling time: We prepare and crate orders within 2–5 business days of cleared payment.
• Transit time: Freight typically takes 3–10 business days depending on distance. You'll receive carrier and tracking details once the item ships.
• Delivery: Standard freight is curbside. Liftgate service, inside delivery, or a residential appointment can be arranged for an additional fee — just ask.

Inspecting your delivery

Commercial equipment is heavy and freight handling is rough. Please inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Photograph the packaging and the item, and contact us right away if anything arrived damaged so we can help file a freight claim.

Items purchased on eBay

When you buy through one of our eBay listings, shipping is arranged through eBay using the rates and options shown on that listing, and the order is covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
